- 8-inch flatbreads or naan bread (2–4 pieces)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- Optional: croutons, thinly sliced red onion, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place flatbreads on the baking sheet. Lightly brush edges with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over each flatbread, leaving a small border.
- Evenly distribute shredded chicken and then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven. Immediately top with chopped romaine lettuce.
- Drizzle with remaining Caesar dressing and add any optional toppings desired.
