  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp xanthan gum (optional, for thickness)

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare Cereal Milk: Combine 1 cup cereal and 1 cup milk in a bowl. Let steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain, pressing cereal to extract all liquid. Discard soggy cereal.
  • 2. Combine Ingredients: Add cereal milk, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, simple syrup/honey, vanilla extract, pinch of cinnamon, and optional xanthan gum to a high-speed blender.
