- 1 cup cooked and finely chopped vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms)
- ½ cup cooked protein (e.g., crumbled bacon, sausage, diced ham)
- Non-stick cooking spray or silicone muffin liners
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin very well or line with silicone liners.
