- 4 oz thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 cup drained sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tbsp Russian dressing
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened or melted

- Step 1: Prepare Ingredients. Ensure sauerkraut is thoroughly drained. Lightly warm the corned beef in a skillet or microwave.
- Step 2: Assemble Sandwiches. Spread 1 tablespoon of Russian dressing on one side of each bread slice.
