- 1.5 lbs cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 4–6 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 4 New England style hot dog buns
- Salt to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep Lobster: If starting with live lobster, cook, cool, and chop the meat into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry.
- Make Garlic Butter: Melt 4 tbsp butter with minced garlic over low heat until fragrant. Remove from heat.
