- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1. Prep the Chicken and Assemble the Sauce: Pat chicken pieces dry. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).
