- Sift Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine: Fold the dry mixture into the mug. Stir gently until no flour streaks remain (don’t overmix!).
- Microwave: Cook on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. The top should look set but springy.
