  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a touch of heat)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep the Oven and Pan. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Slice Cabbage Steaks. Remove any loose outer leaves from the cabbage. Place cabbage stem-side down and slice into ¾ to 1-inch thick rounds, keeping the core intact to hold the slices together.
