  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed or cubed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 tbsp hot sauce (your favorite brand), to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 46 medium (8-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mashed avocado, lime juice, sour cream/Greek yogurt, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Gently mash and stir until well combined, leaving some avocado chunks for texture.
  • Add the cooked chicken, red onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño to the avocado mixture. Fold gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and avocado mixture down the center.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from one end to create a neat wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
