- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Lettuce Base: Gently rinse the spring mix under cool water if needed. Dry thoroughly with a salad spinner or paper towels. Place the dry greens in a large salad bowl.
- Add Your Favorite Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the toasted pecans, crumbled feta cheese, sliced fresh strawberries, and thinly sliced red onion over the spring mix in the bowl.
- Whip Up the Honey Balsamic Dressing: In a small bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
