- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, very well drained
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1-2 ripe bananas, sliced (add just before serving)
- Optional: 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes or mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Step 1: Prep the Fruit: Wash and dry all fruits. Halve grapes, slice strawberries, drain mandarin oranges, and slice kiwi. Keep bananas separate if using.
- Step 2: Make the Dressing: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Combine & Chill: Gently fold the dressing into the mixed fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Step 4: Serve & Enjoy: Just before serving, fold in sliced bananas and any optional add-ins. Serve chilled.
