Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prep Sweet Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and dice sweet potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  • Season Sweet Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Initial Roast: Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges start to soften and lightly brown.
