Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz sliced deli prosciutto
  • 8 oz sliced deli salami
  • 8 oz sliced deli pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, thoroughly drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup banana pepper rings, thoroughly drained (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface, extending to the edges.
  • Layer with prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Scatter chopped roasted red peppers and optional banana pepper rings over the cheese.
  • Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow the pinwheels to firm up.
  • Unwrap and slice each chilled tortilla roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp, serrated knife.
  • Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
