- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 8 oz sliced deli prosciutto
- 8 oz sliced deli salami
- 8 oz sliced deli pepperoni
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, thoroughly drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup banana pepper rings, thoroughly drained (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface, extending to the edges.
- Layer with prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Scatter chopped roasted red peppers and optional banana pepper rings over the cheese.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow the pinwheels to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice each chilled tortilla roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp, serrated knife.
