This refreshing fruit salad combines an array of fresh, vibrant fruits with a bright, tangy, and subtly sweet honey-lime dressing. It’s perfect for any occasion, from breakfast to dessert, and comes together quickly with minimal fuss.

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, peeled and diced
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1–2 limes)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries, halve grapes, dice pineapple and cantaloupe, and peel and slice kiwi. Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup) and fresh lime juice until well combined and the honey is dissolved. Stir in the chopped mint, if using.
- 3. Toss and Serve: Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit. Gently toss with a large spatula or your hands until all the fruit is lightly coated. Serve immediately, or for enhanced flavor, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
