- 2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa

- Step 1: Marinate Chicken. In a bowl, combine chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
