  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
  • For the Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
