  • 1 tsp olive oil (plus more for brushing)
  • 46 oz cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 1 tsp capers, drained and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or cheddar)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prep Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Flake salmon, dice red onion, chop dill.
