- 1 tsp olive oil (plus more for brushing)
- 4–6 oz cooked salmon, flaked
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1 tsp capers, drained and patted dry
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or cheddar)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Prep Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Flake salmon, dice red onion, chop dill.
