- ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in any optional mix-ins if desired, or pour into the prepared pan. Add swirls of extra peanut butter or chocolate if preferred.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.
