  • 2 cups (500g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste, or use sugar-free sweetener)
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (about 45 regular cups)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  • Line a loaf pan or freezer-safe container with parchment paper.
  • Spread half of the chocolate yogurt mixture into the pan.
  • Dollop half of the room-temperature peanut butter over the chocolate layer. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle half of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the swirl.
  • Carefully spread the remaining chocolate yogurt mixture over the top.
  • Repeat with the remaining peanut butter dollops and swirl. Top with the remaining chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm but scoopable.
