Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

  • Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Description

An unbelievably easy and delicious dessert featuring layers of strawberry, creamy cheesecake, and a buttery cake topping. Perfect for any occasion and comes together with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (21 ounce) cans strawberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package white cake mix (dry)
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • 2. Layer Strawberries: Spread both cans of strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • 3. Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the strawberry layer and gently spread.
  • 4. Add Cake Mix: Evenly sprinkle the dry white cake mix over the cream cheese layer, covering completely.
  • 5. Drizzle Butter: Pour the melted butter slowly and evenly over the dry cake mix, ensuring as much of the mix as possible is saturated.
  • 6. Bake: Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit filling is bubbly around the edges.
  • 7. Cool and Serve: Let the dump cake cool for at least 30-60 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature, perhaps with ice cream or whipped cream!
