  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt OR mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 cup canned corn, drained (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
