- 1 tbsp MCT oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tsp sugar-free sweetener, to taste (liquid stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: Handful of spinach or keto protein powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Gather Ingredients. Measure out all your ingredients beforehand to ensure a smooth blending process.
